Golden Gate Inspection has the expertise to evaluate your common area building components, analyze your reserve study, evaluate your community vision and build a plan to reach your goals.


The photo documented inspection with written analysis is useful for informative board discussions and decision making. We inspect from your underground carports to the highest point of your roofs to give you a complete diagnostic report of your community.


We provide current and relevant building information to help your board make the best decisions, moving forward in planning your community construction, roofing, painting, wood replacement, paving and roofing projects. We have even attended community town hall meetings to explain why the boards are wanting to move forward with projects which have required special assessment votes.  


There are three service packages, which fit most HOA needs. In addition, we offer inspections for help desk and emergency calls that require onsite investigation. 


  • Annual Reserve Study Component Review to identify what the reserve study says should be done and whether I agree in full or in part as a third-party independent consultant. After presenting my recommendations to the board, we collectively determine what scopes of work will be completed for the year and specifications will be sent out for bid. 


  • Communication, Facilitation, Inspection, Documentation - The scopes of work and specifications already exist, a contractor has been chosen, and the board is looking for someone to oversee and protect their interest's day to day and to report back to them and the property manager regularly keeping them on top of the projects.


  • Complete Project Management from inspections to scope creation, through project completion and warranty.
