Golden Gate Inspection
I have been in operations and project management for over 30 years and the construction and common interest community market for over 20 years.
I originally worked for a company called CMA Consulting when I started working with HOA communities performing construction defects inspections. After several years and over 1200 inspections I began managing construction projects and eventually set out to start my own company which would only perform construction management services and stay clear of construction defects.
My first attempt would become one of the larger construction management companies in the bay area after my leaving. The company overhead grew exponentially at the hand of my partner and quickly it was apparent my dream had become just another construction defects company like the one I left.
Shortly thereafter I started Golden Gate without all of the overhead and staff, using the inspiration of the bridge as an explanation of what an HOA board really does, ongoing maintenance.
